Doctor of Philosophy with Major in Electrical Engineering
The PhD in Electrical Engineering program (PhD EE) prepares students for academic careers in higher education, for careers as research scientists at high-tech companies and research labs, and senior positions in electrical engineering related fields. Topics of study include robotics and autonomous systems, wireless communications, signal processing and acoustics, renewable energy, nanotechnology, brain modeling, smart sensing, medical imaging, RF engineering, engineering applications to biomedical and health fields, and more. The program can be completed on campus or fully online.
