Saeid Zare Naghadehi won the ASPRS map contest award on the GIS Day
Friday, Dec 01, 2023Saeid Zare Naghadehi who is a Ph.D. student in the department won the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) map contest award on the GIS Day. The award was released on Nov. 15, 2023.
Saeid's map won the People's Choice prize from ASPRS. The prize includes:
- a free one-year ArcGIS for Personal Use license.
- a free copy of the ASPRS publication, Landsat’s Enduring Legacy
Congratulations to Saeid on the award! Prize winning maps will be displayed in the ASPRS Poster Gallery at Geo Week 2024.
