2023 FAU CEGE Infrastructure Night on November 8, 2023

The FAU’S Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering hosted the 2023 Infrastructure Night on the Boca Raton Campus. The event gathered more than 40 consulting companies in different fields of engineering. The Night was a great opportunity for the department to raise funds from the sponsoring companies, as well as maintaining connections with attending professionals. The event hosted guest speakers and panels where insightful conversations focused on the current and future projects/scenario of engineering were initiated. Members of the CEGE Department student chapters helped with the organization and the setting up process of the event. Also, students had the opportunity to get in contact with attending companies, network with the professionals and most importantly, secure jobs and internships.
