CEGE graduate students received prestigious awards at the 116th Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Annual Conference and Exhibition

We are pleased to announce that three CEGE graduate students received prestigious awards at the 116th Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Annual Conference and Exhibition (Orlando, June 5-8, 2023). A group picture is shows below. Congratulations to Dr. Lashaki and his students on the awards!
The awards are as follows:
- Amirjavad Ahmadian Hosseini won the first-place poster presentation award at the doctoral level. He is currently completing his PhD studies under Dr. Lashaki's supervision.
- Ryan Thomas received the first-place master’s thesis award. He completed his master’s degree in civil engineering under Dr. Lashaki's supervision last December.
- Brandyn Nutter won the third-place poster presentation award at the doctoral level. He is currently completing his PhD studies under Dr. Lashaki's supervision.
