Rangasamy Ramasamy

Rangasamy Ramasamy, Ph.D. received his doctorate from the University of Arizona in Special Education and has a M.A. in Special Education from New Mexico Highlands University. He is a Professor in the Special Education Department and teaches courses in inclusive education, classroom management, and behavior analysis. Dr. Ramasamy is actively involved in finding global solutions for critical teacher shortages in Florida.

He closely worked with St. Lucie County School District and helped it recruit 16 math, science, and special education teachers from abroad. As an external examiner, he frequently evaluates Ph.D. dissertations for several universities in south India. His research and publication interests focus on transition from school to work, inclusive education, classroom management, and applied behavior analysis for students with disabilities. He co-authored a textbook: Single subject research: Applications in educational and clinical settings.
