For the past few years, the conversation has revolved around how to create student-focused programs that do more with less. An important component that has been missing from this conversation make sure that the people charged with serving the needs of students are keeping their own “cups” full? designed for student affairs professionals and higher education practitioners where we will explore how to fill our cups and remember that what we do matters -even when it doesn’t always seem like it!
