Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel AT LEAST one (1) hour prior to the scheduled appointment start time. Please use link above and log back into your TutorTrac account to cancel appointments.
If you cancel within 1 hour of the appointment time or do not show up to your appointment, you will receive a "No-Show" status on your profile.
3 or more "No-Shows" within a semester will result in the system blocking you from making CLASS Tutoring appointments for the remainder of the semester.
5 or more cancellations within a semester will result in the system blocking you from making CLASS Tutoring appointments for the remainder of the semester.
