At the Florida Atlantic University Career Center, educating employers on effective on-campus recruitment strategies is a priority. By employing a comprehensive approach to employer education, the Florida Atlantic Career Center enables employers to recruit successfully and engage with the diverse talent pool available at Florida Atlantic. The programs below are available free of charge to all employer partners.

Personalized Employer Education Sessions

A dedicated Career Center Professional Staff Member is available for personalized, one-on-one consultations with employers to optimize their recruiting strategies and enhance their talent acquisition efforts at Florida Atlantic. Career Center Employer Academy

Tailored workshops and a Career Center Employer Academy are hosted to educate employers on best recruitment practices on our campus. These interactive sessions allow employers to ask individualized questions and engage with experts in the field. Topics may include:

  • Crafting compelling job descriptions.
  • Effectively using Handshake
  • Building your brand on campus
  • Building an internship program
  • Recruiting international students.
