Bruce White was born in Martinsville, Virginia in 1953. White studied painting, graphic design,  and interior design and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree when he was 21. He then moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles to work as a free-lance illustrator and graphic designer for various advertising agencies, design studios and publishers.  Just a year later he returned to Colorado to continue award-winning career as an illustrator, graphic designer and fine artist.
