Ernesto Maranje is a Cuban-American artist Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Miami, Fl. Known for his Muralist work depicting nature, Maranje Discovered his passion for art while serving for the United States Coast Guard. His work spans the globe, in countries such as Greece, Iraq, Ukraine, among others. Most of his work however is in Florida, such as in Wynwood and Ft. Lauderdale. For the FAU Boca campus, Maranje worked with Unconventional Group and Florida Atlantic University to create a mural West of Indian River Towers.
