Landscapes inherently possess tension when contrasted with human activity. Curated in collaboration with the Shenkar Design Research Center, Common Ground explores three iconic landscapes of Israel as seen by designers. The selected artists lead us on a journey through time and space, juxtaposing contemporary and historical artworks in the Israeli grove, city, and desert. Each habitat invites us to explore the balance between humans and nature through tactile textile works, photography, and graphic design.
