Professor Carla María Thomas has been invited to give a guest lecture as part of the University of New Mexico’s Lecture Series, “Connecting North and South in the Middle Ages.” Thomas’ lecture is titled “Judgment Day, Women, and Early Middle English Devotional Verse.”

According to the publicity materials, "This series presents scholars that emphasize North/South border-crossings, the function of texts through movement and interaction, and the boundaries between the local and global."

Carla María Thomas' will deliver her lecture on Wednesday, December 1 at 4pm MST / 6pm EST.
