Article by MFA alum Meryl D'sa-Wilson: "Gen Z Practicing for the Future of Work Since Childhood"
Congratulations to MFA alum Meryl D'sa-Wilson on publication of her article—"Gen Z Has Been Practicing for the Future of Work Since Childhood — Ready Or Not, Here They Come"—in The Rosie Report.
From the description of D'sa-Wilson's article:
Gen Z’ers are taught to be autonomous from the moment they’re given an iPad at 4~ years old. With the internet at their disposal from childhood, there’s no doubt that living, learning and working through technology has set them up for a future that no other generation before them has seen. With that, there surely comes some challenges, but also an unprecedented set of opportunities we’re just beginning to see. We’re setting out to ask, what can the future of work learn and adopt from Generation Z?
