Exam Credit
Florida Atlantic will accept up to 45 semester hours of credit for students who achieve appropriate scores on the AICE, AP, IB, and/or CLEP tests. Please note:
- The Office of Admissions will not accept exam credit from another college transcript.
- Scores will be incorporated into the student record within two to four weeks of receipt.
- The name of the student on the test score report should match the name used to apply to Florida Atlantic University.
To receive credit, official test scores must be sent from the testing organization directly to the Office of Admissions via the links below. Credit will be awarded only once for the same subject, whether from credit by examination, dual enrollment, or transfer credit.
