TECH-Prep (Technology Early Career Preparation Intervention Program) is a cutting-edge, 8-week initiative designed to equip youth and adults with disabilities with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in high-demand technology careers.

Our Comprehensive Approach

TECH-Prep integrates empirically supported strategies from technology education and secondary transition research to create a holistic learning experience:

  5. Online Workplace Socialization Skills Training
    • U.S. Department of Labor’s “Skills to Pay the Bills” curriculum
    • Impression management for job interviews
  6. Online Behavioral Activation Program
    • Develop self-motivation techniques
