Healthy Eating

Making healthy food choices is a really important component in taking good care of yourself. Eating a well-balanced diet means eating colorful (i.e. lots of fruits and veggies), while incorporating whole grains, lean protein & dairy, and healthy sources of fat. Eating well can benefit you in multiple ways which include feeling more energized, having better focus in school and improved concentration (leading to improved grades), facilitating healthy sleep patterns, managing weight, and helping to fuel your mind and body in being your best self.
