Xpressions Voicemail is a billable feature and must be requested by your department before it will be active on your telephone. To request, please submit a ticket through the Online Helpdesk site.
If you have incorrectly entered your voicemail password 3 times, the system will lock you out for 15 minutes as a security precaution. You can try again after 15 mins. if you know your password. If you do not know your voicemail password, please submit a ticket through the Online Helpdesk site for assistance.
