FAU Presents Father’s Day Old-Time Concert in the Park
BOCA RATON, Fla. (June 3, 2013) – The Florida All-College Band will present a Father’s Day Old-Time Concert in the Park on Sunday, June 16 at 6 p.m. at Mizner Park Amphitheater, 327 Plaza Real, in Boca Raton.
The Florida All-College Band is made up of band students from all over Florida, with most from the Department of Music in Florida Atlantic University’s Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters. The band will perform cover songs from big-band favorites.
This is an outdoor free event and audience members should bring chairs or blankets. The band will follow the antique car show in Mizner Park.
