Fall/Summer Course Registration Reminders: Registration for continuing students will begin March 17 – 21 . Register early in order to get the best course selection available. To find out when your registration window begins, visit http://www.fau.edu/registrar/registration/schedule.php. Consult with your academic advisor regarding course selection and academic progress towards graduation. Ensure that all holds are removed prior to your registration window. You will not be able to register until all your holds are cleared. In order to have your MM (insurance) hold removed, you must complete a Conditional Registration Permit agreeing that you will present acceptable proof of insurance no later than June 1, 2014 . You can download the form from the ISSS website, but you must submit it directly to Student Health Services either in person (Building SS8-W/240 – Breezeway above Starbucks) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com). Do not submit the form to ISSS as it will slow down the hold removal process. If you have further questions about your MM hold, please contact Student Health Services at (561) 297-1116.

I-94 Automation Procedure : Paper I-94 cards are no longer issued at airports upon arrival in the U.S. Your arrival/departure records are now electronically maintained. Upon returning from an international trip, go to www.cbp.gov/I94 to print a copy of your I-94 record. If you are unable to locate your I-94 on the electronic I-94 website, and you have taken the steps to eliminate possible errors, you will need to contact your nearest Customs and Border Protection Deferred Inspection Site and the CBP Officer will be able to assist you. We recommend that you visit the Deferred Inspections office in West Palm Beach.
Address Updates : Please check your MyFAU screen and update the SEVIS local and SEVIS foreign addresses if necessary. Also, fill out the Change of Address Form and submit to ISSS in person or via email firstname.lastname@example.org . You must update your address within 10 days from the date you move.
