At this time there are volunteer needs in the following areas:

1) The Ocean Science Lecture Series (OSLS) is in need of on-going volunteer assistance.  The volunteer position will be working with the public during the lecture series.  Volunteers will greet the guests, give them admission tickets, help them find seating, handout programs and collect tickets in the auditorium.  During the summer months the lectures are held monthly, on various days, usually at 7 pm.  Starting in January, they are held weekly, on Wednesdays, with two lectures, one at 4 pm and again at 7 pm.  There are volunteer openings for the 4 pm and 7 pm lectures. Volunteers may wish to cover both events and that option is also available.
Time frame for the 4 pm lecture 3:15 – 5:30 pm
Time frame for the 7 pm lecture 6:15 – 8:30 pm

2) Ocean Discovery Center
