Dear FAU Student,
Advance registration for the Summer 2014 and Fall 2014 terms begins March 17, 2014. If you have a registration hold on your account, please contact the department that has placed the hold on your account. If you do not have the department's telephone number, you can retrieve it on-line or you can call 561-297-3000, Florida Atlantic University's main line, and follow the automated prompts.

If your account has a Controller's Office hold, please review your account balance information on-line through MyFAU, your on-line portal: https://myfau.fau.edu/cp/home/displaylogin%20 Click on FAU Self-Service (OWLS) (on the left side); then Student Services; Student Account; Account Summary by Term; Pay Now button (lower bottom left side). This takes you into the payment gateway, which offers you several options. Please navigate the available options to familiarize yourself with the enhanced features and select your preferred payment method.
If you are making an on-line payment, please follow the directions that are given. Once you have made the payment, please allow several minutes for the information to upload; the Controller's Office holds will automatically be lifted and you can proceed to registration.
You can pay your account balance on-line until 11:00 pm, by mail, or deposited in the Cashier's Drop Box located at the Boca Raton Campus. Click on the following URL for more information: http://www.fau.edu/controller/student_information/tuition_payment.php
All account balances are invoiced monthly and emailed directly to your FAU email account. NO paper invoices are mailed to the student. FAU has gone GREEN,Please consider the environment.
It is up to the Florida Legislature to set tuition rates for the Fall term, effective as of July 1st of each year. Although you may advance register for the Fall term, the account balance would reflect the rates of the previous academic year. Please note that your student account will automatically be assessed the difference between the legislated fee increase and the current fee structure once the increase has been approved by the FAU Board of Trustees.
If you would like to provide other individuals with on-line access to your financial account information, please click on the AUTHORIZED USERS tab on the top toolbar after you have entered the payment gateway. Please follow the directions to enable the Authorized Users’ access feature. This does not eliminate the necessity of completing a Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) form if you would like to authorize discussion of your university information with designated individual(s).
