Membership Staff Assisting Student


Interested in becoming a Member of the Recreation & Fitness Center?

  1. Review Membership options for eligibility requirements.

  2. Complete the Membership Application Form and, if applicable, Payroll Deduction Form (below).

  3. Submit Membership and Payroll Deduction or Monthly Membership (if applicable) forms to the Recreation & Fitness Center Membership Service Office.

  4. Bring a photo ID and proper form of payment to the Membership Services Office. A key tag/fingerprint scan will be assigned to you for access to the facility. 

  5. Memberships will be activated the same day memberships forms and payment are remitted. 

Memberships are available for purchase at the Recreation & Fitness Center Membership Services Office Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
