This service is free to FAU students. A healthy lifestyle includes being at a healthy weight that's right for you, being hydrated, getting or staying physically active, managing stress, and obtaining adequate sleep. All of these areas are addressed during a nutrition consultation.
By living a healthy lifestyle, it will help you do better in school, improve concentration, diminish fatigue, and it will help you build the foundation for becoming your personal best. Initial consultations are by appointment only and last approximately 50 minutes.
