Regulation Review


Florida Atlantic University shall establish a committee at least once every five years beginning five years after the adoption of this regulation to review, evaluate and recommend changes to this Regulation 4.007 to the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs. This committee shall be appointed by the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs and shall include student representation. This committee shall have as its charge to review and evaluate this Regulation 4.007 to determine that it ensures fairness and the satisfaction of certain minimum requirements in the student conduct proceedings at the University.
