Core Student Employee Training
This training is designed to give all student employees within Student Affairs a well-rounded employment experience by providing education and training that addresses soft skill development in the following areas:
- Global/Intercultural Fluency
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
- Work Ethic/Professionalism
- Career Management
Every year, the Division of Student Affairs hosts an initiative called "SAGA Days." These days give graduate students who are interested in pursuing a career within Student Affairs an opportunity to earn a graduate assistantship. It is design for prospective graduate students to meet and interview with prospective employers, as well as meet prospective students in the program.
