James Capp is the Communications and Events Coordinator for the Office of the Provost. In this position, he serves as a liaison and representative of the Division of Academic Affairs to the general public, the University community, the colleges and all units under the Provost's Office for all events and informational sessions sponsored by Academic Affairs.
Each spring, James coordinates the annual Honors Convocation and assists with facilitating the selection process of many of the faculty awards and student scholarships that are presented at the Convocation.
