Special Event Registration



FAU hosts events that may require the restricted use of certain lots or designated areas. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring department to contact the Parking and Transportation Services office to make parking arrangements and to notify participants of these arrangements. All arrangements must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.

All on-campus meeting, seminar, group, department guests/speaker and workshop participants will be charged a parking fee. The parking fee is based on the number of participants attending the event. This fee will be paid in advance of the event. Participants are not permitted to park at the meters.
