Citation Appeal Time Limit Enforcement - Posted 2/1/08Effective February 11, 2008, the Office of Traffic and Parking will begin enforcing the existing regulations concerning the time limits for submitting an appeal on a citation. Citations may be appealed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance. A citation may be appealed on line at www.fau.edu/parking or by submitting a completed Request for Appeal form to the Office of Traffic and Parking.
Citations that are not appealed or paid within fourteen (14) days are subject to a late fee being assessed and are no longer eligible for appeal.
