Reservation forms for all new Undergraduate Students

  • Space at each orientation session is available on a first-reserve basis until sessions have reached their maximum capacity.   At that time, sessions will close.
  • Once the reservation and payment have been approved by the Office of New Student and Owl Family Programs, students will receive a confirmation e-mail through their MyFAU e-mail account.  If your reservation and payment are not approved, you will receive an explanation of denial.   Reasons for denial may include but are not limited to: registration for wrong semester session (registering for summer when you are a fall student), invalid credit card, etc.
  • If your credit card is denied for payment, your reservation will NOT be accepted.   You must then re-enter the reservation form and try again.
  • Freshmen can reserve for their parents/guests on the Freshman reservation form or can wait until a later date to sign them up on the Guest fees form.
