Mission Green is committed to support and improve recycling at FAU. Our goal is to help FAU reach its goal of recycling 75% of the waste generated. Our initiatives continue to grow every year and could not have been done without the support from the FAU community. Green Tailgating at FAU vs New Mexico State 2013
The Green Tailgating team is a student operated initiative at FAU that provides recycling for the football tailgates in Lot 5 Thanks to the support from the students and Waste Management, 90% of the waste generated at the football games is recycled! The initiative began in 2012 as a pilot program using cardboard recycling bin, and has quickly grown with the initial success to the use of Clear Stream recycling bins in 2013. We are excited to for the 2015 football season and hope you will support us.

Mission Green loves recycling, and would love to recycle at your next event. If you have an event that requires recycling, let us know! You can also rent our Clear Stream recycling bins free of charge (Green Wave membership required).
