2. Attend a Club Meeting!
Attending MGSA club meetings is a great way to meet new people. We have at least two club meeting every month during the Fall and Spring semesters. At these meetings, members can learn more about MGSA and upcoming events, discuss issues about FAU and sustainability, participate in various activities, and have the chance to be heard. Be sure to check our Events Page for a complete schedule of meetings and events.
3. Participate in Events!
MGSA is an extremely active student organization. We have numerous events throughout the year from working on our community garden to green festivals and conferences. Being a part of MGSA has several advantages such as meeting new people, learning more about how you can improve your own lifestyle, and making an positive impact on the school, community and planet. Additionally, members who volunteer for some of our events may earn service hours on their college transcripts. We are constantly updating our calendar to include events both on and off campus. What are you waiting for? Get involved today!
4. Become an Officer!
Do you still want more influence over how MGSA is run? Become an officer! We hold officer elections at the end of every Spring semester.
The success of MGSA depends primarily on the participation of ALL our members. You have a say in how this organization is run and we want to hear from you. If you have any comments, questions, concerns, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
