FAU Harbor Branch Announces Speakers For Upcoming Ocean Science Lecture Series
FORT PIERCE, Fla. (January 14, 2013) – FAU Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute announces the featured speakers for the 2013 Ocean Science Lecture Series, a free educational forum for the community which will begin Wednesday, Jan. 16. Lectures will take place each Wednesday thereafter through April 3, at 4 and 7 p.m. in the Harbor Branch Johnson Education Center, 5600 U.S. 1 North, in Fort Pierce. Admission is free.
The Ocean Science Lecture Series provides an opportunity for the community to learn about FAU Harbor Branch’s most recent discoveries directly from the scientists and engineers who find them. The series also includes guest speakers from college campuses across the country including Yale and Cornell Universities.
