FAU’s Jupiter Lifelong Learning Society Receives $5,000 Donation from Allegro

JUPITER, FL (November 5, 2012) – FAU’s Jupiter Lifelong Learning Society recently received a donation of $5,000 for program enhancement on behalf of Allegro, a senior living community and Lifelong Learning’s educational sponsor.

“We are extremely grateful to Allegro for this donation,” said René Friedman, executive director of FAU’s Lifelong Learning in Jupiter. “With this donation, we hope to enhance our curricula with distinguished guest lecturers and programs.”

Located in Abacoa Town Center, Allegro offers upscale country club living for seniors with state-of-the-art living in a friendly atmosphere.

“Lifelong Learning represents the lifestyle and values that Allegro offers its residents,” said Ed Trotta, community director of Allegro. “Social and intellectual engagement in particular greatly enhances the lives of seniors. Allegro’s relationship with the Lifelong Learning Society has proven to be an excellent opportunity to align our shared desires to promote successful aging.”
