FAU Enters Lease Agreement Negotiation with Treasure Coast Charter School
BOCA RATON, FL (May 1, 2012) – Florida Atlantic University has entered a lease-agreement negotiation with College Preparatory Academy of the Treasure Coast (CPATC) for a building located on the FAU/Indian River State College campus in Saint Lucie West, 500 NW California Blvd., Port St. Lucie.
The 12,000-square-foot building is currently unoccupied, and the term of the lease is for two years beginning summer 2012. CPATC is Saint Lucie County's only charter high school. The School is tentatively scheduled to open in August 2012 with 250 ninth grade students.
