FAU Jupiter Hosts Writer/Naturalist Susan Cerulean

Author to Speak on Building a Sustainable Human Presence in Florida

WHAT:            FAU Jupiter and the Scripps Howard Institute on the
                        Environment present Susan Cerulean, who will speak on
                        “The Nature of Place: Living in Florida in Critical Times.”

Susan Cerulean is a writer, naturalist and activist.   Her latest book is a nature memoir, Tracking Desire: A Journey After Swallow-tailed Kites. Cerulean will discuss the actions necessary to build a sustainable human presence in Florida.  This lecture is sponsored by the Scripps Howard Foundation and coordinated by FAU’s School of Communication & Multimedia Studies.
