President’s Community Council Lunch Brings Business and Community
Leaders to FAU

The President’s Community Council met for lunch at FAU Jupiter in late November. President Frank Brogan hosted members of the campus advisory board to bring them up to date on recent developments at the University. Dr. Kristen Murtaugh provided an overview of the recently adopted academic master plan for the campus. The campus' "year in review" and materials on coming events were distributed.

The President’s Community Council is comprised of 45 community and business leaders. Nader Salour, president of the Abacoa Development Company, is chairman. The mission of the PCC is to promote knowledge and awareness of FAU within the northern Palm Beach County community and to encourage measures that will enhance the continued growth and success of the MacArthur campus.
