The Broward Alumni Roundtable gathered at the Downtown campus in September to kick off a series of Breakfast Briefings. The event featured a presentation by alumnus Bill Gutierrez of Lancore Realty. He discussed commercial real estate in South Florida and the future of redevelopment in the region. This marked the first in a bi-monthly series of morning meetings that allow alumni to gain from the business/industry expertise of their fellow FAU graduates.
A secondary focus of Breakfast Briefings is to provide an opportunity for alumni to keep in touch, network and socialize. “The Breakfast Briefings are a valuable opportunity for us to come together,” said Ray Monteleone '92. “By collaborating and sharing our ideas, we increase our impact on the community.”
