Weekly Schedule: Fall and Spring Semesters

Below you'll find a schedule that represents how your time is spent in class if you attend the full semester or the mini-session. Morning classes include Reading/Writing from 9:30 am until 10:50 am and Grammar from 11:00 - 12:20 pm. Afternoon classes meet from 1:30 pm until 3:20 pm and include Listening/Conversation/Pronunciation for Levels 1-3 and Listening/Conversation/Pronunciation and Electives for Levels 4-5. Qualified full-time, full-semester Level 4 and 5 students may take a TOEFL or IELTS Preparation course as their elective.

Academic Extra-Curriculars: Our free one-on-one tutoring sessions, available by appointment to full-time students, take place from 3:30 until 4:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Learning Lab. Hours and days are subject to change. Friday Afternoon Elective sessions may be run for up to two four-week periods during the term depending on the level of student interest. Full-time students may choose from a variety of topics and attend class for an hour and a half for four Fridays.

Part-Time Intensive English Track students attend morning classes only and are not eligible to attend classes after 12:20 or to participate in extra-curricular activities.

Afternoon classes meet from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm and include Listening and Conversation/Pronunciation for all levels. Qualified full-time Level 4 and 5 students may take a TOEFL or IELTS Preparation course in place of their Conversation/Pronunciation course.
