Fall 2020 Dining Hall Information

Our dining hall is following all University and State requirements to keep the dining hall SAFE for our guests. Stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures follow CDC guidelines so you can feel safe dining with us. Occupancy and seating will be limited, but a new to-go feature will be available to guests wanting to avoid crowded and higher population areas.

Path of Service is Clearly Marked throughout the Dining Hall for our FAU Family’s Safety.

    What happens if the temperature is higher?

    One of our Chartwells Employees will assist Students Only with a TO-GO Meal. Students with 100.4 + Temperatures are required to Contact FAU’s Student Health Service.

  • Students SWIPE their Own OWL Card
  • Dining Hall is NOW! Cash Free
  • Students are Required to keep Social Distancing of 6 Feet
  • All Self Service Stations CLOSED
  • Sick Meal Forms are Available from Housing
  • No China Service, No Reusable Containers
  • All Meals/Beverages served for Carry Out

Hours of operation are as follows during the academic year:

Monday through Friday:
  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Closed: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Light Lunch: 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Closed: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Weekend and Holidays
  • Brunch: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Light Lunch: 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Closed: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
