The north building is an eight-story high-rise that houses 90 apartments in a four-bedroom/two bathroom layout and 120 apartments in a two-bedroom/two-bathroom layout.
The building offers individual laundry facilities within each apartment as well as a convenience store with a small food service operation located in the building.
