AUGUST


J-1 INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE STUDENT ORIENTATION 
Thursday - Friday, August 15 – 16
Boca Raton Campus
This orientation is available to incoming J-1 visa students who are attending FAU as part of Education Abroad approved exchanges. Attendees will meet University staff and students while learning about the many academic, extracurricular, and support services available to them during their time at FAU. SEPTEMBER

JUPITER CAMPUS GROUP ADVISING SESSION 
Thursday, September 5 

9:30 am - 10:30 am, Jupiter Campus, Room: TBA
No appointment required! Students will learn about program options, eligibility, the application process, scholarships, and next steps. After attending, they will be ready to apply for a program or meet one-on-one with a study abroad advisor for specific program advising. 


JUPITER CAMPUS EDUCATION ABROAD INDIVIDUAL ADVISING

Education Abroad will be onsite in Jupiter to meet with students interested in learning more about available programs and funding! For one-on-one advising, you must make an appointment through your FAU Success Network in Starfish.

BOREN SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION SESSION

Learn more about the Boren Scholarship, which provides funding opportunities to U.S. undergraduate studying less commonly taught languages in areas outside Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For more information, please contact goabroad@fau.edu.
