Advising & Appointments

Education Abroad is excited to provide guidance and support from study abroad interest to alumni status. There are various different options for students depending on where they are at in the process. Below you will find a helpful guide regarding the group and individual advising services for the Boca Raton, Jupiter, and Davie campus.

BOCA RATON CAMPUS ADVISING

1. FIRST STEP: GROUP ADVISING SESSION

No need for an appointment! This is the first advising session for students just starting on their study abroad journey. Students will learn about program options, eligibility, application process, scholarships, and next steps. Then, you will be ready to apply for a program or meet one-on-one with a Study Abroad Advisor for specific program advising. Please note: if you are not available on one of the dates/times listed below, contact the Education Abroad office.

**If you are planning to apply for an FAU Faculty-led program and/or you know the program you will apply for, you are not required to attend a Group Advising Session. You may go ahead and apply for the program or meeting with a Study Abroad Advisor if you have questions about that specific program.**

LOCATION: Boca Campus in the General Classroom South (GS) building, conference room 214B.
