The public sector
continuously faces major challenges when dealing how to best allocate its
limited financial resources in accordance with its internal policies. As part of
this process, the organization has to structure its budgetary monitoring to
gather the pertinent data necessary to determine its capital costs. In so doing,
the organization must also follow its own mandates and policies. This seminar is
designed for personnel in the public sector such as controllers, auditors,
financial officers and for those involved in capital budgeting decisions, the
monitoring of capital project implementation and the execution and audit of
operating budgets in departments.
