FAU currently has the following clubs or programs allowing participation or involvement with sustainability projects or efforts.

The Mission Green Student Association, founded in the Spring 2009, is an ideal place for students to be engaged with sustainability across campus.  

FAU is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.  Visit AASHE's website to create your own login and benefit from the resource center.

FAU Jupiter Enviro Club - This is a student-run environmental club based on the Jupiter campus of FAU whose mission is to develop programs and activities to enhance the educational and professional development of its members and to increase awareness and appreciation of the environment through community outreach and campus initiatives.

Florida Water Environment Association - FWEA (Florida Water Environment Association) is a member association of the Water Environment Federation, which is the international society of environmental professionals interested in sustainability of water supplies and water resources from stormwater to wastewater to drinking water to recreational use of water.

FAU Pine Jog Environmental Education Center – Cartridge Recycling Program. This program keeps inkjet and laser cartridges from ending up in landfills. Cartridges are collected and placed in prepaid mailing boxes or envelopes that are supplied by Pine Jog. Over 15 local businesses are partners in this program.
