Lunchrooms and Lounges

This item provides performance frequency information and details about maintenance in lunchrooms and lounges.

Seven days:

  • Clean table tops with disinfectant.
  • Empty and wipe clean ashtrays and urns.
  • Empty waste receptacles and replace liners.
  • Dust mop and wet mop tiled areas.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and mats, remove gum and soil spots.
  • Disinfect drinking fountains.
  • Clean glass partitions, display cases, and interior door glass.
  • Spot clean walls.
  • Dust furniture, fire closets and extinguishers.
  • Remove scuffmarks and/or spray buff tiled floors.
  • Restore floor finish on non-carpet floors.
  • High dust vents, lights, pipes, Venetian blinds, and connecting vertical and horizontal wall surfaces.
  • Thoroughly clean furniture.
  • Clean graffiti from all surfaces.
