Submit an application for admission to Florida Atlantic University and a
$30 application fee (U.S. dollars). Students applying for Fall term are encouraged to apply by March 1.
Submit the Honors College application and provide supplemental documents

All freshman, undergraduate transfer and second bachelorís degree seeking students who completed all or part of their education abroad are required to have their
foreign credentials evaluated by an independent evaluation service.
Applicants with the American equivalent of fewer than 60 transferable credits must also submit scores for the
SAT Reasoning Test or the ACT in order to be
considered for admission. Most successful applicants will have an SAT score of 1800 or an ACT score of 26.
Furnish evidence of proficiency in English by submitting scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language
(TOEFL). The minimum required TOEFL scores for students are 550/213 (CBT).
Submit a detailed FAU Financial Certification Form and bank letters showing
specific sources of financial support and the exact amounts expected from each source.
Submit a Health Form to the University Health Services Office attesting to the good health of the applicant and purchase major medical insurance coverage from the University.
Applicants must also show proof of conformity to the Measles Immunization Policy of the State University System.
