Anxiety & Stress Management Therapy Group
Do you have anxiety attacks? Are you overwhelmed with stress? Do you experience uncontrollable worrying? Do you get overly anxious in social situations? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, the anxiety and stress management group may be for you. The goal of this group is to help you learn skills that will be useful throughout life by increasing awareness of your own personal reactions to stressors, teaching specific anxiety management techniques, practicing breathing and relaxation exercises, and providing a place for support. This group meets for 6 weeks and a pre-group screening is required in order to participate.
