With a New Year comes excitement. What do you want to achieve this year? How do you plan on getting there? Whether it’s dropping twenty pounds or taking your health and fitness to the next level one thing remains true, you need to MOVE. Join the Department of Campus Recreation for Fit Fest on Jan. 13 from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. in the Recreation and Fitness Center. Unique Group Fitness and Instructional Program demos will be held throughout the night so come dance, slam, flip, swing, and stretch your way into the New Year. Prizes will be given out for participation as well as performance in a variety of challenges. Big goals require a plan and some help so come see what Campus Recreation has in store for your fitness this spring.
