Exercise is a fundamental part of life. Your reason for exercise is not as important as actually getting started. Just get out there and do it! Whether you enjoy lifting weights, running track, playing sports or basically any everyday activity that involves elevating your heart rate is perfectly fine. Have a goal, a plan, and a good work ethic and anything is possible.

I love fitness and even more I love to share my passion with others. Whether it be on the basketball court, the weight room, or even in the classroom I love to expand my knowledge every day and to share that wisdom with others.
