I am here to help you find what feels like fun and not work. Half the battle is to figure out what exercises you enjoy, and the other half is bringing yourself to do the activity. My goal is to bring you closer to your fitness and health goals by using my knowledge in exercise science. Together as a team, there is nothing that can stand in your path to a newer and better you.”

“My personal hobbies are playing basketball and volleyball and working out. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dogs and reading up on current events and researching history.”
